I gasped at the first couple shots we pulled of this coffee on our bar. It was like drinking flowery, creamy jolly rancher juice. But in a good way not a weird way! This espresso surpassed all our high expectations for it and was definitely the most memorable shot I've had off the bar this year.
It's a 50/50 blend of two Gedeb coffees from neighbouring washing stations - one of which you may recognize as we've brought coffees in from this mill from three separate roasters now this year - the infamous Worka Sakaro! Coffees from this region are always special and this blend is guaranteed to knock your socks off!
