Tastes Like: Crazy sweet, creamy round body, super floral
I gasped at the first couple shots we pulled of this coffee on our bar. It was like drinking flowery, creamy jolly rancher juice. But in a good way not a weird way! This espresso surpassed all our high expectations for it and was definitely the most memorable shot I've had off the bar this year.
This time, It's a blend of two different Natural lots from the same mill in Rwanda. And it's still the best espresso we've ever had in the shop.
