Sophisticated and friendly, this is a great example of the kind of quality and elegance Honduran coffees are capable of. Side note, typically, when you read "apple" notes in tasting description of coffees, they describe a quality of complex acidity (malic) present in the coffee cherry during harvest - in turn pointing to good growing and picking practices. In other words, 'tastes like apples' is usually a sign of good quality coffee cherry. Expect to find a clean, well balanced coffee here with lots of delicious, approachable flavour!
