Worka Sakaro by Daniel Mijane is back and tasting as good as it ever has! Heart sampled several of his lots this year and went back and forth with which lot they wanted to buy from him. They purchased the entire lot of 100 bags because it's that delicious! Daniel Mijane is the owner/exporter of this coffee and he is very motivated to get the best quality possible. Two people from the Heart roasting team (Wille & Brian) visited the Sakaro wet mill in 2018 for the first time. The sorting was very impressive & so was the coffee quality. It's exciting to have this coffee back on the menu again! We know this will be a favorite for a lot of us!
