For the first time since 2019, we are featuring Marta's coffee as there have been some tough harvests and logistics complicating easy post harvest processing. We would have bought Marta's coffee even if it tasted like dirt, though. She's a key member of the Mataquescuintla group, a representative member of the Xinka parliament and someone we aligned with early so she has a commitment year to year. The coffee is especially delicious this year, big sweetness, subtle fruit, soft buoyant cups. Loads of milk chocolate. We're so pleased to put her name up.
