Very similar, but not the exactly the same, to our larger cake, ‘Recombinator’. This tea is a sun-dried Yunnan hongcha, pressed into 7g mini-cakes for convenience. Fruity and luscious, perfect for many different styles of brewing. Keep some on hand throughout your various bags and pockets so that you never get caught lacking. Make no mistake despite the small format, the quality of the material here is full send.
