An Onyx staff favourite and making a return to the shop (we loved this coffee from B&W Roasters). Farmed by the Inga Indigenous community these coffees are intensely sweet like honey accompanied by an underlying fruit pulp and floral nature. This year's offering from Onyx is the result of cupping through an extraordinary amount of small farms in the village, finally purchasing 18 in total and homogenizing them at origin. Onyx is calling this their best Aponte release in 5 years of this Colombian offering!
